What styles of catering service do you provide?
Buffets, plated meals, carving stations, pasta stations, picnics and smoked BBQs. Whether it's a corporate picnic, seated formal luncheon, milestone birthday or a grandiose wedding - we can do it all!
Do you have preset menus or can I build a custom menu?
We offer both. Preset menus offer easy event planning options, and you can always substitute vegetables or starches on these menus (additional charges may apply). We can also create a fully custom menu for your special event.
Are you able to help with the planning of my wedding or special event?
Absolutely! We can take care of everything. For example, we will assist you in selecting a venue,coordinating tent, table, chair, or linen rentals, decision of decorations, finding a florist, a DJ or any other needs you may have.
Do you offer food tastings?
Of course. We provide private food tastings free of charge for the Bride, Groom and one guest after an event quote has been provided. Additional guests are welcome but incure a $5.00 per person charge.
Do you take care of cake cutting?
Yes. We provide complimentary cake cutting and serving of the cake as well as pouring the champagne for your toast if you have one.
How about chocolate fountains?
Absolutely! We can provide a chocolate fountain or our very own unique fondue river of chocolate or cheese. See a picture of our river in the Wedding section.
Are you able to accommodate special dietary restrictions?
We are happy to provide vegetarian, gluten-free or any other special dietary request you might have. Just ask.
What is your cleanup policy?
We always clean up thoroughly after your event. This includes all of our equipment, dishes, trash and kitchen or food staging areas.
What will your servers wear?
Servers will be dressed professionally in clean black slacks with a white tuxedo shirt, black vest and of course, a bowtie for all formal events. Servers will be dressed in Catering by Millers shirts for all picnic or casual events. Having a Luau, we will come dressed for the occassion in Hawaiian Shirts if you choose or any other theme you would like to have. Addtional charges may occur on special requests.
Is there a deposit to book my event?
Yes. We require a non-refundable deposit of $500.00 to save your date on most events. Larger events may vary.
When is my balance due?
On all non corporate event 's the balance is due two weeks prior to the date of your event.
